Privacy Policy

Last updated: 6 March 2026

London Tradition Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share your data when you use our website at www.londontradition.com and any related services.

1. What We Collect

We collect the following types of personal data:

  • Contact & identity — name, email address, phone number, and postal address;
  • Transaction data — purchase history, payment information, and shipping details;
  • Body measurements — chest, waist, hip, height, shoulder width, and arm length when you use our "Find My Size" feature;
  • Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and pages visited;
  • Other information you provide via forms, surveys, or social media interactions.

2. How We Use Your Data

  • Fulfilling and delivering your orders;
  • Providing personalised size recommendations based on your body measurements;
  • Processing payments and managing your account;
  • Sending you order confirmations and shipping updates;
  • Sending marketing emails and newsletters (with your consent);
  • Sending cart recovery emails if you begin but do not complete a purchase;
  • Analysing website usage to improve our services;
  • Detecting and preventing fraud;
  • Complying with legal and tax obligations.

3. Body Measurements & Camera Access

Our "Find My Size" feature lets you enter body measurements manually or use your device's camera for body scanning.

When you use the camera scan:

  • We request access to your camera. Video frames are processed entirely on your device using machine learning (Google MediaPipe) to estimate your body measurements. No images or video are sent to our servers.
  • Your measurements are saved in your browser's local storage so they persist between visits. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings (clearing site data for londontradition.com).

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to operate and improve our site. A consent banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies on your first visit.
