We offer clothing, accessories, and bespoke tailoring services through the Site. All products and services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit or restrict sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

4. Find My Size Feature

Our "Find My Size" tool provides size recommendations based on body measurements you enter manually or capture using your device's camera. This feature is currently in beta.

Size recommendations are estimates only and are provided for guidance purposes. They do not guarantee a perfect fit. London Tradition accepts no liability for any inaccuracy in the measurements or recommendations produced by this feature. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how measurement data is handled.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Payment must be made by a valid credit or debit card, or through any other payment method we make available, including buy now, pay later services such as Klarna. Use of third-party payment services is subject to their own terms and conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, images, logos, videos, audio, and software — is owned by or licensed to London Tradition and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, London Tradition shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to reliance on size recommendations or measurement data produced by the Find My Size feature.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.
