1. Our Promise

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy for most items (excluding bespoke orders). To qualify, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and condition, and with all tags attached.

Orders placed in December are subject to an extended 45-day return window to accommodate holiday gifting.

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, contact us at support@londontradition.com. We'll guide you through the process.

4. Refunds

We'll process your refund within 5 days of receiving your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once processed, it can take up to 14 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank.

5. Shipping Costs

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your item arrives lost or damaged, contact us at support@londontradition.com and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.
